With over 25 years of experience as a health and physical education teacher, I’ve had the pleasure and privilege of guiding both youth and adults in discovering the joys and benefits of physical activity, the outdoors, wellness, and personal growth.
My own journey took a profound and unexpected turn after the sudden loss of my child. In the midst of deep grief and emotional trauma, I was led to the healing techniques that I now share with others. Techniques that not only supported my own recovery, but awakened a deeper calling within me – to help others on their healing path...
EFT changed my life, and I would love to help it change yours. Soon after my son’s passing, fear and anxiety crept in. Protective in the beginning, but over time they became like a prison, controlling my thoughts, my choices... well, basically my life. I did a lot of inner work and learned several supportive tools that I still use today. However, it wasn’t until I discovered EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques - aka ‘Tapping’) that I was able to fully process and release the deep-seated fears and anxieties that were holding me back...
Life can be challenging. We all carry things – pain, memories, patterns – that weigh us down and dim our light. Healing can be hard too, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk alongside and support you.
As a certified Clinical EFT Practitioner, I help others find peace, hope, and healing… and empower them on their own unique wellness journey.
